NW ANNANDALE, MN - THIS AUCTION WILL END ON MONDAY AUGUST 4TH STARTING AT 8:05PM, PICKUP WILL BE ON TUESDAY AUGUST 5TH AND WEDNESDAY AUGUST 6TH FROM 10AM - 6PM BOTH DAYS, ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED ON THOSE DAYS AS THE HOUSE IS SOLD, NO EXCEPTIONS, VIEWING FOR THESE ITEMS WILL BE ON FRIDAY AUGUST 1ST FROM 10AM - 6PM, BRING HELP TO LOAD AND PROPER TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT FOR LOADING, WE WILL PREFER CASH OR CHECK FOR PAYMENT, WE CAN TAKE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS BUT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RUN THE CARD UNTIL WE ARE BACK AT OUR BUILDING - NO SALES TAX ON THIS AUCTION. THE PROPERTY OWNERS AND JOHANNES AUCTION SERVICE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS WHILE YOU ARE REMOVING ITEMS OR WHEN YOU ARE ON THE PROPERTY.

NO out of state checks. By agreeing to these terms, you agree to allow Johannes Auction Service to charge your credit/debit card should you, the buyer, not acknowledge, pay or pick up your merchandise during the prescribe times listed for the particular auction in which you, the buyer, purchased merchandise. This auction will close 5 items per minute starting at the posted time - Standard overtime bidding rules will apply. AT THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION ITEMS WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL NO BIDS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED FOR THREE (3) MINUTES. THIS MEANS THAT IF AN ITEM RECEIVES A BID IN THE LAST 3 MINUTES, THE CLOCK TO CLOSE THE ITEM WILL RESTART UNTIL NO FURTHER BIDS ARE RECEIVED. THIS IS TO ENSURE THAT NO SNIPING TAKES PLACE. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of item does NOT acknowledge their purchase(s), Johannes Auction Service reserves the right to determine how and to whom the item(s) will be resold. If we determine the winning bid was not a bona fide, legitimate bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next or second highest bid. High bidders will receive an e-mailed invoice by within 1 hour of the auction close. We will also have a copy of the invoice at the removal location.
